Portraits of famous people, fashion and beauty editorials represent just few of the categories in which Matea Smolčić has perfected her profession balancing between artistic and commercial photography. In recent years, she has been intrigued by pinhole photography, based on the principle of camera obscura. Pinhole photography interests her because of its uniqueness that distinguishes it from most other forms of photography. Nowadays she works as a freelance artist and still publishes her works in leading Croatian magazines.
