Richard Phillips Feynman (1918–1988) stands as one of the most influential American physicists of the 20th century. Awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1965 for his work on quantum electrodynamics, Feynman was not only an inspiring lecturer but also an amateur musician. He contributed to the development of the atomic bomb, served on the commission investigating the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster, and made significant contributions to the field of quantum electrodynamics.
Drawing inspiration from Feynman's lectures, two actors will conduct an experiment within the confines of the theater. The creators of the performance state: "An experiment can shed light on what is essential and what is inconsequential. It can illuminate familiar phenomena in new ways. In the natural sciences, an experiment succeeds if it consistently yields the same result, but in the dramatic arts, an experiment succeeds if it never yields the same result."
