Reflection of memory

Two for one, band above genre, that is upgrading musical confluence of jazz, classical and folk music with it's sonic poetics and subtleness of instrumental interludes. Accordionist Jure Tori and a double bass player Ewald Oberleitner cruise over 10 original songs with wide musical field, in a duet of mutual creative chemistry on the album Reflection of Memory. From intimate reflections, to improvised miniatures, from the creation of people's atmosphere, to gypsy swing variations, from traditional jazz contributions, to metamorphosis of classical music. In particular, they express with their unique instrumental music, a human sensibility which would Jure describe simply as "I am what I play". The songs were made in different periods of Jure's perception of people and his surroundings and are thus very diverse. "Accordion and double bass will in their intimate way introduce you to heavy moments like silence, sadness and on the other hand naivety and confusion", says Jure about reflections of memory.
