The Folk Ensemble Jedinstvo Split has been active for 106 years. It tirelessly nurtures generations of young people from Split, instilling in them love and respect for tradition, while presenting the nation's heritage and Croatian folklore on stage.

FA Jedinstvo ranks among the most awarded and successful amateur ensembles in Croatia. It boasts an impressive record of 96 awards from competitions worldwide, as well as numerous honours, including 12 awards and plaques from the City of Split, two awards from Split-Dalmatia County, and a charter from the Republic of Croatia.

There is a special bond between the Croatian National Theatre Split and Jedinstvo, and a not-so-secret connection between the Split Summer Festival and Jedinstvo. From the very first performance at the Split Summer Festival — the legendary 1954 production of Aida at Peristyle, in which the renowned Jedinstvo mixed choir took part — to today, where FA Jedinstvo's dancers have, for decades, performed the Final Kolo in the opera Ero the Joker (Ero s onoga svijeta).

In its 106th year of existence, Jedinstvo is proud to present to its fellow citizens, for the first time on the stage at Bene, a rhapsody of sound and dance images shaped into a full-length folk concert. Accompanied by a mandolin and tamburitza orchestra, the dancers of Jedinstvo will take you on a lively journey across all of Croatia. Enjoy the beautiful costumes and performances of traditional Split dances, relive childhood memories of villages in the Dalmatian hinterland, sail to the islands, or pay tribute to the love for Slavonia and Međimurje. This love is felt in every beat of Croatia's rich dance tradition.

Note for the audience: Due to damage to the Marjan's Bene area caused by a severe storm in Split, the scheduled performance on July 27th will be held in the courtyard of Spinut Elementary School.
